We Are the Audience

Do you know what it’s like to be invisible? This film examines what representation repairs for people who stutter, and what it feels like when we finally see ourselves.

A collaborative project between research, community partners, and media.

Voix et Médias x AJBQ : Youth and Representation

Two video interviews filmed at the Association des jeunes bègues du Québec (AJBQ) summer camp in 2025. Young people who stutter share their reflections: what they wish people knew about stuttering and their perspectives on how it’s represented in media.

Coming Soon

We are currently co-creating training and awareness resources for media and health professionals. These practical tools will support more accurate and inclusive portrayals of stuttering.
